Option 1:Yam truffle mashed potatoes with blackened salmon side of sautéed garlic Romanesco. Can substitute for garlic mashed potatoes.

Option 2: Mashed Winter squash folded with kale and covered in a cream curry garbanzo sauce. Can substitute with Jasmine curry rice. (vegan/vegetarian)

Option 1: Jasmine curry rice with peri-peri chicken side of broccoli. Can substitute with salted garlic Brussel sprouts.

Option 2: Roasted cauliflower or golden potatoes with mixed herbs in a creamed spinach sauce. (vegan/vegetarian)

Option 1: Mozambique tradition Peri-peri beef in a coconut cream sauce. Served with roasted garlic Brussel sprouts and mashed winter squash. Can substitute for a curry spaghetti squash.

Meet Luis. Our founder has cooked up a storm in kitchens from Mozambique to Madrid, and even served up plates for folks like President Obama and Bill Gates. With a Culinary Diploma from Madrid and years of experience as a sous chef in top-notch restaurants, our founder knows a thing or two about making food that’s both yummy and good for you. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and some unique dialects from Mozambique, they bring a world of flavors to our menu, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
